It was these kind of moments

Dell: Don't Ask Dell To Replace Your Broken DVD Drive Because It's Simply Not Possible

The things that steered me from DELL more than 2 years ago are moments like this. Amazing that this still goes on. The customer is the customer, and regardless of their ability or not, a request like this should not be treated the way DELL treated it. UNREAL!
