A new addition to Cookenstein

For the majority of my living years, foodservice has been in my life. My work, career is wrapped up in it as tight as it gets. I hope to se theis page as an area to show, as well bring out thoughts both positive and negative on our foodservice industry today, new kitchen gadgets as well as old. New foods and maybe an exciting recipe or two that might even be timely. 

In the weeks ahead, I look forward to adding and building slowly some new content that will be of some interest to anyone whom enjoys the food industry, in the meantime, you can always visit my group at "Cooks in the basement" at Geeks.com.
