The new Year, Procrastination, Running and the Gym
Saturday, March 31, 2012 at 7:10PM Wow, 6+ years later, and the running is not the 100 mile months it once was, however I do think I got to 50 this month. That is a huge stride from where I was over this past winter and 2011 in general. Fitness and good eating is not something you do on again off again, it is a lifetime thing.
Today I got an hour in and did some good upper body work outs in. While I had ballooned to over 205 over this past winter, I am now down to a manageable 196. 180 is the goal by summer. That will be here before I know it. Juicing, here I come.
